Master Gardeners: https://extension.wsu.edu/
This is a valuable resource for all Eastern Washington gardeners. They understand our mutiple climates, micro-climates and have a lot of paper and digital resources that they can refer you to. I suppose I am a little biased as I used to be a Master Gardener. Now my husband calls me a Garden Master!
